Cancellation Policy

Please arrive with hair washed, completely blow-dried and detangled. Hair washing and take-down are not included. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and goes toward your service total. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice and is subject to availability. Online bookings require at least 24 hours' notice; for same-day availability, please contact Trenzas Picudas directly.
